We are excited to annouce our Aurora Employee of the Month is Samantha O’Keefe. Samantha’s positive attitude directly effects her amazing teaching skills to children of all ages and levels. She is always on time and communicates great with parents, children, and other SafeSplash staff memebers. When asked to help out, she goes above and beyond. She is always there to help assist other instructors and fill in when needed. “Samantha was very good with Ian”- Ian’s mom

Why do you love being a swim instructor?
Is fun and I love swimming. It makes me proud when I can teach others to swim!
What is your best tip or trick for other instructors?
Don't let your kids get away with things. The more honest you are the better they will become. Explain yourself well so they will have good self awareness.
What hobbies do you love outside of SafeSplash?
Reading, Swimming and I am a Gleek!
Do you have a memorable swimming experience you would like to share?
My best experience was learning to swim butterfly correctly. It feels amazing to learn the proper technique! All my other stories involve getting thrown into the pool
