It’s winter and it’s cold, dark and all you want to do is stay warm! We get it! It’s hard to get out and take your kids for swimming lessons. But did you know there are many benefits of swimming lessons during winter?
The days are getting shorter, the leaves are changing, the weather is cooling down and so is your summertime momentum to do all the fun things you were doing just a few weeks ago. You awake to a chilly morning, go to work and by nightfall, where has all your energy gone?
