How do I know I’m getting the best swim instructor for my child with SafeSplash?

At SafeSplash we pride ourselves on hiring the BEST in the industry! We often have parents ask us how can they be reassured they are receiving the best swim instruction available within our community? When hiring swim instructors we look for a variety of things, but experience and a love for teaching kids to swim is the first and foremost on our list. We have a dedicated and diverse group of individuals teaching at our schools so we can best serve the communities where our schools are located. To ensure the best instructor possible for your child, each candidate goes through a rigorous interview and training process. Candidates are first interviewd by the General Manager and Assistant Manager directly. They are thoroughly screened and a background check is completed before we offer them a position with our school to ensure safety of our participants. After they have caught our attention in the interview process and have been hired on to be a part of our top notch team, each instructor is required to successful master the SafeSplash teaching and customer service training programs. All of our instructors are certified in CPR and First Aid. Many have their water safety instructor certification, have prior swim instruction experience, have a background in competitive swimming and some have early childhood education training. We also hire instructors with specific special needs backgrounds so we are able to serve any child interested in lessons.

Our instructors are trained to teach in a variety of areas and all skill levels. SafeSplash instructors teach water safety and then a progression of the competitive swim strokes. Our goal is to always hire the best in the industry so you can be assured you are getting the best swim instruction in the nation.
