Did you know SafeSplash offers lessons to all ages including Adults? Parents want their children to learn to swim for various reasons: safety, life skills, a requirement for scouts or similar activity, or because they have a background in swimming. But not all parents are strong swimmers themselves.SafeSplash offers swimming lessons for Adults because we know how important it is to have activities you can share with your child. Maybe you were a swimmer and would like to get back into it or maybe you never learned. Whatever the reason, SafeSplash is here to help you reach your goals.
Adult 2 lessons are designed for former swimmers wanting to correct their technique to tri-athletes wanting to get ready for the big race. If you are comfortable in the water but need help with your strokes the Adult 2 lessons are for you. Focus in these classes is on stroke technique in one or all four strokes depending on your goals and abilities. We want to make sure you are swimming efficiently and comfortably through the water. You may also work on endurance if your goal is a triathlon or other race.
Adult 1 lessons are intended for adults who are still uncomfortable in the water. These classes will familiarize you with basic swim skills including buoyancy, breathing, floating, and correct kicking and pulling techniques. The goal is to become comfortable in the water so you can begin to learn the basic strokes to move yourself through the water.
Our dedicated facilities offer Adult lessons to parents of SafeSplash swimmers. Our 24 Hour Fitness locations are welcoming all adults, not just from SafeSplash Families.
