SafeSplash was built to scale. Combine Dedicated and Hosted locations across a Development Area, share management across units, and grow a portfolio around a business families need.
How does a SafeSplash Multi-Development Agreement work?
You commit to opening two or more SafeSplash locations, of any format, within a defined Development Area on an agreed schedule. Franchise fees for all committed units are paid at signing and credited against each location's franchise agreement.

Why combine Dedicated and Hosted locations?
A Dedicated school gives you a flagship and full-week capacity. Hosted locations extend your reach into neighborhoods where building isn't practical. SafeSplash notes that one manager can oversee one Dedicated location plus one to three Hosted locations, which lets overhead work across units.
In this business, you must keep adapting, and we knew that if we were going to be in it for the long run, expansion would be necessary. We didn’t want to grow too fast and lose quality, but we wanted to scale in a way that allowed us to provide high-quality lessons and great customer service. That’s always been our priority.
