Hosted Swim School Franchise
Own the School, Not the Pool
With a SafeSplash Hosted location, you lease pool time inside a fitness center, health club, or community facility and bring the full SafeSplash program to it: the curriculum, the brand, the enrollment system, and the families.
How Does A Hosted SafeSplash Location Work?
You sign a franchise agreement for each Hosted location and operate SafeSplash classes during the hours and lanes agreed with the host facility. Some hosts are secured through SafeSplash's facility partnerships; others you find and contract directly. The host provides and maintains the pool. You hire instructors, deliver lessons, and grow enrollment.

Why do most Hosted owners run more than one location?
A hosted pool is shared, so each location runs on a limited number of class days per week. That's why SafeSplash recommends operating at least two Hosted locations, and why the strongest Hosted results come from owners who build a cluster. In fiscal year 2025, franchisees operating four to ten Hosted locations averaged $1,049,582 in combined gross revenue, compared with $145,000 for franchisees with a single Hosted location.*

HOW FAST CAN A HOSTED LOCATION OPEN?
Most Hosted locations open three to six months after signing the franchise agreement. Your onboarding training takes place about two months before opening.
