What does the Dedicated investment Cost cover?
The largest Dedicated cost is leasehold improvements, which includes building out the pool and facility. The range also covers architectural and pool engineering plans, furniture and technology, signage, grand opening marketing, insurance, permits, training travel, and additional working capital.

How long is the franchise term?
The initial franchise term is 10 years. If you meet the renewal conditions, you may renew for an additional 10-year term under the then-current franchise agreement.
