Compare SafeSplash Ownership Models

SafeSplash is one of the few swim school franchises where you can open without building a pool. Choose the format that fits your capital, your timeline, and how big you want to grow.

What's the difference between a Hosted and a Dedicated SafeSplash location?

A Hosted location leases pool time inside a third-party facility such as a fitness center, health club, or community pool, so the owner avoids real estate and build-out costs. A Dedicated location is a standalone swim school with its own pool that the owner leases or purchases, offering full control of scheduling and higher revenue potential at a much higher investment.

Can I own more than one format?

Yes. Many SafeSplash owners combine formats. Under a Development Agreement you can commit to two or more locations of any format, with reduced franchise fees on additional units. A common structure pairs one Dedicated school with nearby Hosted locations under shared management.
