To register for swim lessons, please click here and fill out our online registration form. Once you submit the form, a registration associate from our customer service center will be in contact with you shortly to help you schedule your classes.
Our swim program is progressive instead of session based, so your swimmer will always be in a class that corresponds with his or her swimming ability. Because we are an ongoing program, you will not have to re-register at multiple times throughout the year and your child will not have to readjust to new instructors every few weeks as the sessions change. This provides them with the consistency necessary for kids to learn how to swim. You are billed on a monthly basis until you fill out a withdrawal from to discontinue the lessons.
There is no definite time in which your child will learn how to swim. It will depend on the child’s desire, attitude and confidence. Some kids take to the water right away and pick things up very quickly. Others are very hesitant, but with patience will learn the same skills in a slightly longer period of time. The most important thing to remember is to never compare your child’s progress to another child. All children are different and we need to let them learn at their own comfort level. It also depends on what you are looking to get out of the lessons. If you want you or your child to learn competitive swim techniques, that will take longer than if you want you or your child to learn basic water safety skills. On average, our typical student is with us for anywhere from 3 to 12 months.

Because SafeSplash is not session based and we have continuous enrollment, our availability can change at any time so we do not post our schedule online. You may call us at our customer service center at 844-KID-SWIM or email us at email@example.com for our current class availability at your desired location.
In order to maintain the integrity of our classes in regards to content and to size, we do not offer make-ups. We have found that adding swimmers to classes for make-ups disrupts the rhythm, safety and integrity of the class. Please do your best to attend! Sorry, no make-ups for illnesses, recitals, vacations, etc. If you do miss a class for medical reasons or illness, if we are given a doctor's note we can credit you for that missed class. If you miss a class due to other reasons, you may pick up a token for open swim at our dedicated facilities*.
*Open swim is only at our dedicated facilities. (Lone Tree CO, Aurora CO, and Denver, CO, Colorado Springs, CO)
You can sign up any time you would like. Because we are not session based, once you or your child enrolls, classes simply continue until you wish to withdraw. Our goal is to make swim lessons a fun part of your child’s regular routine, and do it in a way that is as convenient as possible for your family’s busy schedule. If you enroll in the middle of the month, we will prorate your first month's tuition for the lessons you were not registered for in that month.
To withdraw from your lessons, please log into your client portal here and fill out our withdrawal form. All withdrawal forms are due by the 15th of the month. If we receive your withdrawal form anywhere between the 16th to the 21st, there will be a $30 late fee per child to end your lessons in that month.
You do not need to be a member of the health club to take advantage of our program at facilities that are hosted inside a health club.
Try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your first class. This allows your child to watch what is going on in the pool and get comfortable with the new surroundings. Your child should wait with you until it is time to join their class.
For lessons your child will need goggles, swim suit, and a towel. If his/her hair is longer than chin length, he/she will also need a swim cap. If your child is enrolled in a parent and tot class, your child will need a reusable swim diaper in addition to a disposable swim diaper.
If your lessons are at a hosted facility such as LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness, you will not be able to use the pool outside of your lesson time unless you are a member of that facility. If your lessons are at one of our dedicated facilities, you may swim at our designated open swim time. We will not hold lessons on holidays. Our holiday closures are posted on our website. Your tuition may be prorated for these days. To find your location, click here.
At our dedicated facilities, parents are not allowed on the pool deck unless it is at the request of the instructor. We have a climate controlled viewing area for the parents with floor to ceiling glass walls that allow you to watch lessons closely without being on the pool deck. We’ve found that this approach is the best for helping students learn quickly and retain their skills. Parents or guardians are required to stay on the premises for the duration of the lesson.
At our hosted facilities, parents are required to be on the pool deck during their children's lessons.
It is our experience that children will progress more quickly and have more fun in small groups of two to four students. The small group encourages fun, competition, peer interaction and often gives a students a visual model of the skills. However, if you prefer private lessons we are happy to accommodate you.
