We want to make sure you are prepared and excited for your lessons with us! Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions!

Q. Do you allow swimmers to try one time before committing?

A.

Yes! We offer swimmers to pay for just one class to test the waters. We encourage you to call today to get that class scheduled!

Q. How do I sign up for Private Lessons?

A.

To sign up for Private Lessons, simply click on "Find a Class" below and select your location from the drop down to book your spot today!

Q. What do I need to bring to my lesson?

A.

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained are required to wear a reusable swim diaper.

Q. Do you offer make-ups?

A.

Life happens, we get it! Swimmers are eligible for 1 make-up class each calendar month due to an absence. Please note that make-ups need to be used within 3 weeks of the absence and are based on schedule availability.

Q. Do I have to start at the beginning of the month (when is the next session)?

A.

No, you can jump in today! We offer a rolling start date so your swimmer can start at any point!

Q. What is your cancellation policy for Private Lessons?

A.

We require 48-hour notice for Private Lesson cancellations and rescheduling. If you call to cancel or reschedule within this window, you will be charged a $25 late cancel/reschedule fee.

If you are on Auto-Pay, you must notify us by the 15th of the month prior to stopping lessons.

Q. How do I withdraw from lessons?

A.

We hate to see you go! To withdraw from lessons, you can log into your account and complete the withdrawal form by the 15th of the month before you'd like to stop lessons. If you forget to withdrawal before the 15th of the month you will incur a late withdrawal fee. See fee schedule below:

Withdrawal date remains unchanged at the 15th of the month
$0 Late Withdrawal Fee if they withdrawal before Billing
Once billed, 50% refund within 7 days
25% refund between the 8th day and 14th day
No refund after the 14th day

Verbal or email withdrawal notifications are not valid.

Q. How to find the pool? Arrival Information

A.

When arriving to the Hilton McLean, SafeSplash swimmers will need to proceed to the back parking lot. You will see a blue SafeSplash banner to the right of the hotel that leads you to the dedicated entrance for SafeSplash swimmers. This entrance will lead directly to the pool. Customers will see a gate that leads to a small set of stairs and another blue SafeSplash flag marketing the entrance. A member of our team will greet customers at the entrance.
