Kaye , Assistant General Manager

Mr. Kaye has been a vibrant and essential part of the SafeSplash family since 2023, bringing his passion, dedication, and positive energy to every aspect of his work. Starting as an enthusiastic instructor, he quickly grew into a lead instructor and now manager, where he excels in creating a supportive and enjoyable environment, especially for adult learners. His expert guidance and compassionate approach help swimmers refine their skills and build confidence in the water. Outside of his professional role, Mr. Kaye is a student at the University of Texas at Dallas, studying Public Health, and he enjoys spending time with family and friends. A proud cat mom to Mouse, he brings warmth and care to everything he does. His leadership, dedication, and genuine kindness make him an invaluable part of the SafeSplash community, and we’re excited for the continued positive impact he will make!

Meher , General Manager

Meher became part of our swim school family in Spring 2023, stepping into the role of General Manager with a wealth of experience and a heart full of passion for swimming. Before joining our leadership team, she spent over a year and a half as a dedicated swim instructor, working hands-on with swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Her time in the water gave her not only a deep understanding of water safety and swimming techniques, but also a gift for inspiring confidence and joy in every lesson. Meher’s warm personality, approachable leadership style, and genuine care for people make her a favorite among both students and staff. You can often find her on the pool deck, cheering on a toddler taking their very first splash, celebrating a teen as they master a challenging skill, or encouraging an adult who’s perfecting their stroke. She truly believes that swimming is more than just a skill—it’s a lifelong confidence builder, a way to stay healthy, and a source of pure fun. Meher is passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and supported, and she takes pride in ensuring every swimmer leaves the pool with a smile, a sense of accomplishment, and the excitement to come back and dive in again.

Moody

Coach Moody began his journey as a swim instructor in the summer of 2025, bringing not only enthusiasm and energy but also a solid foundation from his years on his high school swim team. His experience in competitive swimming has equipped him with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of stroke mechanics, training strategies, and water safety—all of which he brings into every lesson with confidence and care. What truly sets Moody apart is his natural ability to connect with teenagers. He has a relatable, down-to-earth presence that makes students feel comfortable, understood, and motivated to push themselves in the water. Campbell

Coach Campbell began his journey as a swim instructor in the summer of 2025, bringing with him a genuine passion for the water that has been a meaningful part of his life for years. While he didn’t swim on a competitive team, his personal dedication to swimming as a regular hobby has helped him develop a strong grasp of technique, endurance, and water safety—all of which he now shares with his students in an approachable and engaging way. Campbell’s natural ability to connect with teenagers makes him a standout on the pool deck. His teaching style is laid-back but purposeful, creating a relaxed yet productive environment where older kids feel both comfortable and motivated to improve. He has a unique talent for striking the right balance between fun and focus, helping teens stay engaged while still challenging themselves in the water. Coach Aanya began her teaching journey in the summer of 2025, and from day one, she has brought warmth, patience, and a strong sense of purpose to every lesson she teaches. With a background on a competitive swim team, Aanya developed not only advanced skills in the water but also a deep understanding of technique, discipline, and the importance of building confidence, especially in young learners just starting their swim journey. Her ability to break down complex movements into simple, fun, and engaging steps makes her an incredible asset to beginner-level swimmers. Aanya has a special gift for working with children who are new to the water or may feel nervous, creating a safe and supportive space where they can grow at their own pace. Her gentle, encouraging approach helps little swimmers overcome fears and develop solid foundational skills, all while having fun. Beyond the pool, Aanya enjoys creative outlets like painting and reading, which reflect her calm, thoughtful personality and help her bring a soothing, nurturing presence to her classes. Coach Drew, a dedicated member of the SafeSplash family since the fall of 2024! With a passion for fitness and strength training, he brings discipline and motivation from the gym into his swim lessons. Specializing in Intermediate 2, Coach Drew enjoys helping swimmers refine their technique, build endurance, and gain confidence in the water. His energetic and encouraging approach ensures that every swimmer is challenged while feeling supported in their progress.

Semhal

Coach Semhal, a dedicated member of the SafeSplash family since the spring of 2024! She brings her passion for swimming and teaching to the Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2 levels. With a strong interest in medicine, she values precision, patience, and care—qualities that shine through in her lessons. Coach Semhal is committed to helping swimmers refine their technique, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of water safety. Her supportive and detail-oriented approach ensures that every swimmer progresses in a positive and encouraging environment.

Meher

Coach Meher, a dedicated member of the SafeSplash family since 2023, has truly made a splash! With experience in special education, she brings patience, understanding, and a personalized approach to every lesson. As an Adaptive Aquatics instructor, she is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all swimmers. Coach Meher specializes in teaching Toddler Transition and Beginner 1, where she helps young swimmers build confidence, develop foundational skills, and foster a love for the water. Her warm and encouraging teaching style ensures that every swimmer feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Eshah

Assistant Manager

Ms. Eshah has been a dedicated member of the SafeSplash family since 2022, contributing in various roles before stepping into her current position as Assistant Manager for our McKinney and Garland schools. Passionate about serving her community, she prioritizes encouragement and support in every aspect of her work. A student at the University of North Texas, Ms. Eshah is pursuing a degree in Health Sciences, furthering her commitment to helping others. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and fiancé. Her leadership, dedication, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable part of the SafeSplash team!

Emily

Coach Emily began her swim teaching journey in the spring of 2025, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, real-world experience, and warm, approachable energy to every class she leads. Her background as a former high school swim team member gave her a solid foundation in stroke mechanics, endurance training, and the importance of consistency—all of which she now applies thoughtfully to her work as an instructor. Although her competitive swimming days are behind her, her love for the water is stronger than ever, and she channels that passion into helping others grow. Emily specializes in working with adult swimmers, where her calm, patient teaching style truly shines. She excels at creating a relaxed, judgment-free environment that’s perfect for adults looking to build confidence, overcome fears, or fine-tune their skills. What makes Emily stand out even more is her background as a professional hairdresser and barber. Her ability to connect with people, make them feel comfortable, and listen attentively translates seamlessly into her teaching—making every swimmer feel seen, heard, and supported. Outside the pool, Emily continues to express her creativity and love for personal connection through hair styling, a passion that complements her natural ability to make others feel their best. Coach Savanna began her swim teaching career in the fall of 2025, fueled by a lifelong love of the water and a desire to share that passion with others. Although she wasn’t part of a formal swim team, her years of swimming as a personal hobby have given her a deep, intuitive grasp of techniques and movement in the water—something that shines through in her teaching. Savanna has a natural gift for working with beginners, especially those who are new or nervous about swimming. Her calm, friendly approach creates a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel safe to learn, grow, and enjoy the process. Zoya began her swim teaching career in the summer of 2025, inspired by a lifelong connection to the water that started in her early childhood. Having swum competitively when she was younger, Zoya developed strong technical skills and a deep appreciation for the discipline and joy that swimming can bring—but it’s her passion for teaching and helping others discover that same love for the water that truly drives her. Zoya has a remarkable ability to work with a wide age range, from toddlers taking their first splashes to teenagers refining their strokes. With the little ones, she creates a warm, playful environment that makes learning to swim feel like a fun adventure, helping to build their trust and comfort in the water from day one.
