Cassidy and Ben , Owners
Cassidy and Ben are proud Lancaster County natives with a shared passion for serving their local community. Cassidy grew up spending her summers on a local swim team and later worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor. These experiences shaped her love for the water and for sharing that love with others.
Cassidy and Ben met while attending Lancaster Mennonite High School and continued on together to Messiah University. Ben earned his degree in accounting and now works as a CPA at a local firm. Cassidy previously spent several years working with a youth enrichment organization, where she developed a strong passion for helping children learn and grow.
Together, they are excited to bring SafeSplash to their hometown, providing families with high-quality swim lessons that build confidence, promote safety, and teach lifelong skills.

Olivia

Meet Olivia! Olivia grew up swimming on swim team, teaching swim lessons, and lifeguarding, all of which taught her so much about the importance, exercise, and enjoyment that swimming can offer. It brings her such joy to see kids learning and improving these skills that are not only critical but also so fun! Her favorite color is blue, her favorite treat is coffee ice cream, and her favorite sea creature is a manatee.

Meet Coach Jessica! Coach Jessica loves watching the kids have fun in the water and gain confidence. Her favorite part of lessons are (safety) bobs. Coach Jessica loves the color teal and honey lavender ice cream. A fun fact about Coach Jessica is she is learning to speak Portuguese!

Meet Coach Abigail! Coach Abigail's favorite part of swim lessons is getting to know each one of her students and families and loves jumps and splash ins! Her favorite ocean animal is a penguin, and she loves the color orange. A fun fact about Coach Abigail is she wears the same socks for every one of her basketball games.

Meet Coach Char! Coach Char's favorite part about coaching swim lessons is celebrating with the kids when they accomplish a skill. She loves jumps and splash ins, especially when timid kids turn into confident jumpers! Coach Char loves all things pink, her favorite ice cream flavor is black raspberry, and her favorite drink is an iced brown sugar latte.

Meet Coach Emily! Coach Emily loves when her friends are excited to show off their skills in the water. Her favorite part of the lesson is dive toys! She loves rocky road ice cream and the color pink. Her favorite hobby includes playing lacrosse.
Coach Hayden

Meet Coach Hayden! What he loves most about teaching lessons are the smiles that kids have after they complete a skill. His favorite part of the swim lesson is jumps! Coach Hayden's loves the color blue, and his favorite animal is a goat.
Coach Meghan

Meet Coach Meghan! Coach Meghan's favorite part of coaching is seeing the kids progress in becoming comfortable and safe in the water. She loves cookie dough ice cream, the color blue, and her favorite sea animal is the cuttlefish fish.

Meet Coach Cayden! Coach Cayden loves getting to watch her students' enjoyment of swimming grow. Her favorite skill is back float because she loves watching her students learn to be comfortable, relaxed, and safe on their own. In her free time, she loves to create art. A fun fact about her is she's working on her master's in Forensic Psychology.
