Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained are required to wear a reusable swim diaper and a disposable swim diaper.
Life happens, we get it! Swimmers are eligible for 1 make-up class each calendar month due to an absence. Please note that make-ups need to be used within 2 weeks of the absence and are based on schedule availability.
No, you can jump in today! We offer a rolling start date so your swimmer can start at any point!
We hate to see you go! To withdraw a student from lessons under any program after the student has begun taking lessons within that program, log in to your account via the customer portal on our website and complete the withdrawal option for your student. In order to avoid being charged for the next month of lessons, you must withdraw your student on or before the 15th day of the month. If you submit a withdrawal form after you already have been billed the tuition for the next month of lessons, you may receive a partial refund. Drops submitted between the 25th and the end of the month will result in a 50% refund and between the 1st and 7th of the following month will result in a refund of 25% of tuition. After the 7th, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Yes! These lessons are either private or semi-private. We also require a parent/guardian to be in the water with their swimmer to facilitate the learning process.
Of course! We offer swim lessons to anyone who is willing and able to dedicate their time to consistently attend classes to learn this life skill.
We cannot attribute a time frame, simply because everyone is different when it comes to their learning process. When learning any skill, consistency is key; regular attendance and ongoing practice are contributing factors to your swimmers' learning success.
Yes, absolutely! You can do this by simply adding the class via your client portal or by calling our customer service line at (682) 500-1733. For more information, please visit our pricing page here.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to call our customer service at (682) 500-1733, and see if you are eligible to reschedule the lesson. Please remember, a swimmer that is more than 10 minutes late following the start of the class, will not be able to join the class.
No, we require parents/guardians to be present at all times for your child's safety and/or in case of an unforeseen event.
Yes, please. We require both because it is not uncommon for a little swimmer to have an incident. Such incident causes us to have to shutdown our pool for a minimum of 48 hours, which then prevents us to continue to teach others. When in doubt, we ask that you put your first time infant in a swim diaper and cover up!
Make-up classes do not transfer into the new calendar year, because they expire 3 weeks after the date of the absence.
Unforeseeable events such as power outage and pool water quality are reasons why lessons will be cancelled; these events can occur at any time and we take swift action to contact you when they occur. We contact you via text and phone call. All we ask is for you to please take time to update this information in case we may need to call you AND respond to us when we send messages.
Signing-in records your attendance, helps us track our clients and swimmers in the event of an emergency.
