Sepehr serves as the General Manager at SafeSplash Swim School, where he leads with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and customer experience. With years of experience in both operations and marketing across AquaKids and SafeSplash locations in the DFW area, Sepehr is passionate about building supportive, high-performing teams and creating a fun, safe environment where every swimmer can thrive. He believes that swimming lessons do more than teach water safety—they build confidence, resilience, and lifelong skills in every child.
When he’s not at the pool, Sepehr enjoys mentoring his team, developing creative community marketing initiatives, and helping families discover the joy of swimming through SafeSplash
Sarah R. , Assistant General Manager
Sarah has been a valued member of our team for a little over two years, bringing energy, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young learners shine. As Assistant General Manager, she loves building meaningful connections with families and kids, and she finds great fulfillment in watching each child grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment during their lessons.
When she’s not at work, Sarah pours that same passion into coaching a middle school cheer team. She loves witnessing the joy students feel when they succeed at something they love, and she’s dedicated to fostering teamwork, growth, and confidence both on and off the mat. Coaching also gives her the chance to support families and kids through challenges, celebrate their triumphs, and help create an environment where every child feels encouraged and capable.
