Kristin Stitt, Managing Partner, and Vice President of Operations at SafeSplash Huntsville-Madison, embodies a remarkable commitment to the community's well-being. For the past decade, she's championed swimming, serving as an ardent swim supporter and dedicated swim mom. Her journey led her to launch SafeSplash in Madison County, elevating opportunities for all. Kristin, holding a Doctorate in Nursing/Systems Management, boasts a career deeply rooted in healthcare. Her focus on enhancing outcomes through refined processes and evidence-based practices has been her hallmark. Alongside her husband James, a local cardiologist, Kristin shares an unwavering dedication to water safety and physical wellness in the community. Their youngest daughter, an accomplished high school student and competitive swimmer, actively contributes to the swim school's operations as the lead instructor. Together with their children Sandy, Rosemary, Monica, and Ellis, Kristin's family embodies a collective commitment to enriching lives through education, safety, and fostering physical wellness.

Meet Dina Young, the Chief Development Officer at SafeSplash Huntsville/Madison. With a strong background in strategic development and a keen eye for market dynamics, Dina spearheads the growth and profitability initiatives within the organization. As an integral part of the Senior Leadership team, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company's vision into actionable strategies. Outside her professional commitments, Dina's life reflects a profound dedication to her family and educational values. For over a decade, she skillfully navigated the role of a home educator, passionately guiding her sons through their educational journey. This experience not only honed her organizational and leadership skills but also instilled in her a deep appreciation for personalized learning approaches. Additionally, Dina has been a devoted swim mom, actively supporting her sons' pursuits both academically and athletically. Witnessing her sons excel in both school and in the pool brings her immense joy and fulfillment.
