Danny , General Manager
Danny is the general manager for SafeSplash Keller. He has been running aquatics and youth sports programs at multiple organizations across D/FW for the past 18 years. He is very passionate about water safety and the difference swimming can make in a child's life. We are excited to see what his experience in building relationships, creating community, and his drive to build high quality programs for kids will add. Danny has worked with the YMCA, Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition, and local school districts to implement water safety programs. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, taking in live music, and playing disc golf.
Emily , Assistant General Manager
My name is Emily Balaun, and I am the Assistant General Manager of SafeSplash Keller. I have been working with SafeSplash for the past two years in a variety of positions. I have a deep passion for working with children and take pride in helping them build confidence and develop essential life skills through swimming. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Child Development at Texas Woman's University, where I am furthering my commitment to care and service. My experience in both management and child-focused environments has equipped me with strong leadership and communication skills, and I am excited to continue making a positive impact in both fields.
