We are happy to announce that Jaime Beatrice has been promoted to General Manager of SafeSplash + SwimLabs Swim School in Holland, Ohio. Jaime has been an integral part of our team and provides a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and organizational skills. Her dedication to excellence, coupled with her commitment to teamwork, has made her a valuable asset.
Before stepping into her new role, she gained valuable experience as one of our first employees hired more than four and half years ago. Previously, Jaime held a supervisory role as a Lead Pharmacy Technician where she honed her ability to manage complex tasks and ensure the seamless operation of critical processes for several years at a major pharmacy chain. Combined with her previous workplace experiences and her Associate Degree in Applied Science and Photography Jaime has a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
Community involvement and volunteerism is important to Jaime. For example, she helps the local high school band booster's club, her son’s Scout troop, and previously held volunteer positions with a youth travel soccer team, a Cub Scout Pack, led a Daisy Girl Scout Troop, and helped at her children's elementary schools when the opportunity arose and assisted with reading assessments.
Outside of her work and volunteer life, Jaime is a loving wife and mother of three children, each on their unique life paths. Her youngest is a high school Junior, another has ventured into the world of full-time employment while taking classes, and her oldest is pursuing higher education. In her spare time, Jaime loves to read, work in her gardens and do various crafts. These hobbies not only provide her with relaxation but also serve as outlets for her creativity and self-expression.
Jaime exhibits a passion for fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for children to learn and thrive in swimming. Jaime has cultivated meaningful connections within the SafeSplash community and her genuine enthusiasm for working with children and their families has made her an invaluable asset to the school.
