Video analysis lessons
Welcome to SafeSplash Holland, an indoor training facility with an inground warm water pool and warm water flow tanks with mirrors on the bottom of the pool and 360-degree video feedback technology. Our SafeSplash program uses the same technology used by today’s Olympic swimmers, but you don’t have to be an Olympian or an Olympian-in-training to benefit from the power of instant feedback. Our private and semi-private Holland swim lessons are the perfect fit for competitive swimmers, triathletes who want to train for the swimming portion of their next race and anyone who wants to be a smarter, faster swimmer.
Video feedback technology lets swimmers of all ages and abilities instantly view their strokes, correct or enhance their form, adjust their technique, and master their skills. The entire SafeSplash Holland team is fiercely passionate about swimming, and our curriculum has been developed by a team of world class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience. That’s not all, either — here are some additional details that show why SafeSplash is unlike other swim schools and competitive swim facilities:
Our approach has been proven time and again to get new swimmers comfortable and confident in the water and to help competitive swimmers and other athletes excel at their highest level. All lessons at SafeSplash are taught with an abundance of fun, a feeling of family, and an absence of fear.
Private lessons maximize your time for stroke work in our flow pool with video analysis technology and instruction. Private lessons are available for all skill levels and are a great option for those looking to progress or refine skills quickly. Classes are typically scheduled on a weekly, ongoing basis. Powered by our SwimLabs video analysis program.
Semi-private lessons (2 swimmers) in our flow pool with video analysis technology and instruction. (Great for siblings, spouses, or friends!) Weekly classes on an ongoing basis. Powered by our SwimLabs video analysis program.
Schedule your own private swim training in our flow pool with delayed video replay (without instructor). Powered by our SwimLabs video analysis program.
SafeSplash Holland welcomes competitive swimmers who want to prepare for their next swim competition. Our SafeSplash instant video feedback technology, combined with individual instruction from a swimming expert, helps swimmers dial in their stroke technique to shave tenths off their race times.
Due to the highly personalized nature of the SafeSplash approach, we do not offer group competitive swimming lessons. Each 30-minute session can be taught as a private or semi-private lesson, and we do offer team nights — get in touch with our team to learn more and schedule time in the Lab.
We offer infant and toddler swim lessons as early as 6 months of age to help build confidence and get your infant comfortable in the water. Our small ParentTot classes are a great way for parents to bond and socialize with their kiddos while teaching vital water safety skills like breath control, floating and kicking. We also offer Toddler Transition classes for kiddos ages 18-36 months. Parents join their swimmers poolside until they are ready to transition to a small group class without a parent nearby. Both classes focus on foundational water safety skills as well as developing a comfort in the water, which are crucial in developing swimming skills.
Whether you are just starting out, overcoming a fear of water or you are looking to refine your swim skills, our program gives adult swimmers at every level the opportunity to improve their skills. We offer a variety of class types for adults from small group classes to semi-private and private lessons. It’s never too late to learn this critical life skill. Our passionate instructors can help you overcome your fear and open the opportunity of enjoying the water.
Our private swim lessons allow swimmers of all ages and levels to progress through our curriculum at their own pace with one of our certified swim instructors. Each 30 minute class will be customized around mastering the skills to become a better, stronger, safer swimmer. Private and semi-private lessons (two swimmers with one instructor) are great options if you are looking for more time focused on your individual swimmer or siblings wanting to be in the same class.
Our swim camps are perfect for swimmers looking to jump start their skills by swimming with us on a more frequent basis. Lesson frequency and consistency (along with quality instruction and a world class swim curriculum) is a key element in progressing a student’s swimming ability. Our swim camps provide lessons multiple times per week and are typically 1 to 3 weeks in duration. We also offer stroke clinics where we focus on specific stroke techniques to refine our student’s skills.
The SafeSplash Wave® program is an endurance, strength, and swim team prep program that takes swimmers who already have knowledge of the competitive swimming strokes and want to refine their swimming skills. Our Wave program is broken up into swimmer groups based on swimmer ability, physical conditioning and current knowledge of the strokes in accordance to USA Swimming standards and our SafeSplash curriculum. Each session includes a set workout with an out of water coach whose primary goal is to mimic the experience one would have on a recreational swim team.
Our family open swim is a great time to practice swimming skills outside of lessons and have fun with the whole family. Our warm water pools make for a great way to spend the day splashing around and staying active. Practicing water safety and swim skills on a more frequent basis is a key to success in learning to swim. Plus, it’s simply fun!
Our lifeguard training classes will teach you how to effectively prevent and respond to water emergencies. This class is designed to arm you with skills and knowledge to prepare you for a variety of scenarios in and around the water. You will learn how quick response times and effective preparation are vital to being a lifeguard while also understanding the crucial elements in helping to prevent drownings and injuries.
