Beginner Swim Lessons

Beginner 1
Goal: Swimmers can comfortably blow bubbles with their face in the water in the horizontal “swimming” position with productive kicks with light support from the instructor.
Skills learned:
- Breath Control: Mouth Bubbles Fully Submerged
- Supported Front and Back Floats and Kicks
- Water Safety Focus: Breath Hold, Wall Walks

Beginner 2
Goal: Swimmers can jump in the pool, blow nose bubbles, turn around, and kick to the wall independently.
Skills learned:
- Breath Control: Nose Bubbles Nose Bubbles
- Independent Front and Back Float
- Water Safety Focus: Rollover Glide, Safety Bobs

Beginner 3
Goal: Swimmers can jump in, back float, spot the wall, rollover and swim to the wall independently.
Skills learned:
- Independent Front and Back Kicks
- Independent Freestyle and Backstroke
- Water Safety Focus: Safety Backstroke, Rollover Kicks

Beginner 4
Goal: Swimmers can self-rescue using freestyle and backstroke up to 20ft.
Skills learned:
- Freestyle with Side Breathing
- Backstroke with Proper Timing
- Water Safety Focus: Treading Water

Intermediate & Advanced Swim Lessons

Intermediate 1
Goal: Swimmers can swim 25 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke and can-do Breaststroke kick.
Skills learned:
- Underwater Streamline
- Refine Technique and Improve Endurance in Freestyle and Backstroke
- Water Safety Focus: Endurance, Freestyle without Goggles
