Meet the SafeSplash Concord (Afton Ridge) Team

Meet the General Manager for SafeSplash Concord (Afton Ridge), NC, Teresa Bostic, a Charlotte native who resides in Cornelius, NC. She attended Western Carolina University, where she received a BSBA in Marketing. Before SafeSplash Swim School, she was a General Manager of a swim school, Senior Aquatics Specialist for Northern Regional Recreation Center, and before that, she was the Aquatics Director for Lake Norman and Sally’s YMCAs.

Teresa is passionate about water safety, leadership, and creating an exceptional experience for every family who walks through the doors. "Teaching children how to swim has been a part of my life for over 20 years." She brings strong community ties and deep aquatics management experience, ensuring a well-run facility focused on kid's development and water safety. As a manager, I am dedicated to building a supportive team culture that helps swimmers gain confidence, develop life-saving skills and enjoy learning in the water.
