The entire SafeSplash Columbus (Sawmill South) team is fiercely passionate about swimming, and our curriculum has been developed by a team of world class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience. That’s not all, either — here are some additional details that show why SafeSplash is unlike other swim schools and competitive swim facilities:
Our proven approach doesn’t just help triathletes swim faster, it also helps them learn faster. SafeSplash has helped thousands of athletes feel more confident during the swim portion of their races, and we’d love to help you train more efficiently and effectively, too.
Our experience instructors combined video stroke analysis lets triathletes instantly view their freestyle stroke technique, correct or enhance their form, adjust their technique, and master their swimming skills.
Schedule your own private swim training in our flow pool with delayed video replay (without instructor).
Team nights provide each swimmer with 20 minutes of instruction and video analysis of the stroke of their choice. SwimLabs instructors will be facilitating lessons but we value and encourage coaches input and active participation. At the end of their session, the swimmer will receive their video analysis. Call us to schedule a private event for your team!
Due to the highly personalized nature of the Safesplash approach, we do not offer group competitive swimming lessons. We do offer team nights, however, which provide each triathlete with 20 minutes of instruction and video analysis of their freestyle.
SafeSplash Columbus (Sawmill South) instructors will facilitate lessons, but we value and encourage input and active participation from coaches. At the end of their session, each triathlete will receive their video analysis via email. Please contact our team to learn more and schedule an event for your team or triathlete club.
Whether you are just starting out, overcoming a fear of water or you are looking to refine your swim skills, our program gives adult swimmers at every level the opportunity to improve their skills. We offer a variety of class types for adults from small group classes to semi-private and private lessons. It’s never too late to learn this critical life skill. Our passionate instructors can help you overcome your fear and open the opportunity of enjoying the water.
Our private swim lessons allow swimmers of all ages and levels to progress through our curriculum at their own pace with one of our certified swim instructors. Each 30 minute class will be customized around mastering the skills to become a better, stronger, safer swimmer. Private and semi-private lessons (two swimmers with one instructor) are great options if you are looking for more time focused on your individual swimmer or siblings wanting to be in the same class.
Our swim camps are perfect for swimmers looking to jump start their skills by swimming with us on a more frequent basis. Lesson frequency and consistency (along with quality instruction and a world class swim curriculum) is a key element in progressing a student’s swimming ability. Our swim camps provide lessons multiple times per week and are typically 1 to 3 weeks in duration. We also offer stroke clinics where we focus on specific stroke techniques to refine our student’s skills.
