Brad & Nicole Hansen | Kevin & Megan Hess, Owners

Brad & Nicole Hansen
Brad attended Purdue University and The Ohio State University before starting his own business at age 24. Brad has owned and operated many businesses and loves the community involvement owning a swim school offers. Nicole attended Ohio University and The Ohio State University where she received her PhD in Pharmacy. Nicole dove for Ohio University and has spent most of her life around swimming and diving. Brad and Nicole have two daughters, Avery and Maya.


Kevin & Megan Hess
Kevin attended Messiah University and The University of Dayton School of Law. Kevin is currently a full-time employment law attorney at a national firm. Megan also attended Messiah University where she received her degree in education. Megan currently teaches for the Jonathan Alder Public School system. Kevin and Megan have a son, Noah, and two daughters, Natalie and Brooke.

Natalie M., General Manager

Natalie has worked at SafeSplash for 3 years now and has been in the swimming world since she was 3! She has been involved in all things swimming growing up, from teaching lessons, lifeguarding and coaching. She coached for a club team in central Ohio for 3 years before coming on with SafeSplash full time. She has gone through the roles and loves to do it all, from managing, instructing, and lifeguarding she does it all!

Dani W., Assistant Manager

Dani has worked at SafeSplash since 2020! She is extremely passionate about working with her community and impacting lives every day. She has loved being in and around the water all of her life and loves to share this passion with everyone. You will see Miss Dani doing it all, from lifeguarding, instructing, deck managing to running the show!

Sunaz, V.P. of Company Operations

Sunaz has been with SafeSplash since 2017 and has done it all! She started as a swim instructor and has slowly moved through each position throughout the years. You will see her everywhere from the front desk, to lifeguarding and instructing. Currently, she is the V.P. of Company Operations of our schools in Columbus.
 
She is currently working on finishing her bachelors in Business Administration and loves all things business. She is very passionate about making an impact on the community and all things water safety. Sunaz is no stranger to kids as she is the only girl of four. Having three brothers has helped her become patient and understanding. Her passion for working with customers and kiddos is apparent every day.
 
She loves to workout, watch football (Go Buckeyes) and read in her spare time. She has signed up for her first half marathon and is excited to begin this journey!

Livvy’s favorite part about working at SafeSplash is sharing laughs with the kiddos and staff. Her favorite levels to teach are Beginner 3 and Intermediate 1.

Katie’ s favorite part about working at SafeSplash is watching the students’ progress. Her favorite levels to teach are Toddler Transition and all of the Intermediate levels.

Reina’s favorite part about work at SafeSplash is watching the joy on the swimmer’s faces when they accomplish a new skill. Her favorite level to teach is Beginner 3.

Grace’s favorite part about working at SafeSplash is the positive and fun environment. Her favorite levels to teach are Beginner 2 and Intermediate 1!

Isa’s favorite part about working at SafeSplash is watching her swimmer’s progress! Her favorite levels to teach are Beginner 3 and Intermediate 1.

Kaitlyn’s favorite part about working at SafeSplash is getting to know the kids that come in and hearing about their days! Her favorite level to teach is Beginner 2.

Ann’s favorite part about working at SafeSplash is seeing the kids gain confidence in themselves while having fun in the water! Her favorite levels to teach are Intermediate 2 and Beginner 2.
