OUR TEAM

Hi. My name is Jen and I am the District Manager of SafeSplash Swim School. I have been a manager for a couple of other swim schools, and started as a swim instructor myself back in 2017. I have been swimming my whole life and started teaching kids to swim in Florida as soon as I was a teenager. I have a passion for teaching kids to swim and I love watching the progression of swimming skills in babies, kids, and adults. It was so important to me to instill a love of swimming in my own kids at a young age, and it was this passion which led me to become a swim instructor here in Sterling. I love being part of a team helping families and working with them to help achieve their goals. It is such a pleasure to watch babies and kids become water safe, strong, and confident in the pool. No matter what age you start swimming it is never too late to learn to swim. I have lived in Sterling since I moved here from Florida in 2011 and I love being part of this area. I am so grateful to be a part of the SafeSplash family, and we are so excited to become an integral part of the Sterling community.

Hi! My name is Alexa, I am the assistant general manager here at the Chantilly location! Growing up on Long Island, I got to experience summers full of the beach and pools, and it has made me forever love the water! Since I learned how to swim at a very young age, I have gotten to understand how important it is! From teaching my cousins how to swim in my grandma's pool, to teaching so many people as a job, is the most gratifying experience! I became a lifeguard when I was fifteen as my first job which has led me on the path to SafeSplash! Safety and joy in the water is my driving force, the ability to watch my students become more confident and find happiness in the water is the most phenomenal feeling! My goal is to bring fun into learning, if you love what you are doing, there can be no defeat! Keep trying, keep swimming!
