At SafeSplash Swim School, we take pride in providing each family with unparalleled customer service, whether you want to enroll, change class times, check on class schedules, or just reach out and say "Hi".  We strive to exceed your expectations in both responsiveness and accuracy of information.  Our national customer service center is staffed daily (weekends included) with dedicated professionals that know kids and know swim lessons.  No matter your location, they can help you with nearly "anything SafeSplash" from inquiries to registration to billing.  Often we have a response to you within minutes of reaching out to us.

Our customer service center is open 7 days a week to assist with any of your needs.  Contact us via email, call a specific school or call our customer service center at 844-KID-SWIM or 303-799-1885.  We are here to serve you!

Customer Service Center Hours of Operation (Mountain Standard Time):

Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 7:30 pm
Saturday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday (billing department closed) 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
