We refer to these areas of excellence as the SafeSplash Business Platform. The core of the SafeSplash Business Platform is the opportunity to combine dedicated swim school facilities that leverage SafeSplash's proprietary swim school designs with hosted swim school facilities to enhance market coverage.  Hosted facilities utilize unique national partnerships that SafeSplash has built with leading health and fitness brands such as LA Fitness®, 24 Hour Fitness®, and others. 

ourmodel-image1.jpgThe next layer of the platform introduces SafeSplash's exceptional and propriety curriculum.  Founded on principals of both safety and competitive swim instruction, the SafeSplash teaching curriculum has been designed and refined with the benefit of over 4.5 million lessons nationwide.  We are continually refining and updating our curriculum with the latest knowledge we gain from lessons every day.  Being a "SafeSplash Certified Instructor" means that the instructor is an expert in our curriculum and has completed an extensive training and certification program.  Our customers know that being SafeSplash Certified means students will be taught the best curriculum by the best instructors in the business.

Coupled with this foundation, we add our exclusive SafeSplash Back Office Services to the platform.  An exclusive in the swim school industry, our back office services provide the administrative support for your business including a 7 day a week Customer Service Center to handle customer inquiries, billing services, registration and scheduling, insurance and technology infrastructure.  We have a vested interest in your success from the word go, with our Customer Service Center acting as an extension of your administrative staff.

We then wrap all of these elements with the strongest training and ongoing franchisee support available and an organization that is dedicated to making sure you get the support you need at a moment's notice.  We offer pre-launch training, on-demand training, web based training and videos, and dedicated franchise relationship managers to help you manage your business for a lifetime of success.

Finally, we provide industry leading marketing support.  This starts with a deeply researched and focus group tested brand, and exclusive brand partnerships with well known leaders such as Speedo.  We couple this foundation with innovative digital marketing strategies and tools that give us the ability to build deep relationships with our target markets in cost efficient manner.
