The SafeSplash Wave
Swim Team Conditioning
Come swim with the SafeSplash Wave. This is a great program for summer club swimmers looking to practice year round or for those who want to keep active and see what swim team practice is like. To participate swimmers must be SafeSplash level 5 or higher.
Each one hour practice is split up based on level. Our top notch coaches will help your swimmers build endurance and become confident to join a swim team if they want.
Cost:
$37/month for 1x/week
$69/month for 2x/week
$9 drop in
Location: Swim Team Prep is currently offered at our Highlands Ranch location (inside the 24Hour Fitness off C-40 & Broadway) and at our Aurora (Parker Road) location (inside the 24Hour Fitness off Parker and Arapahoe).
Times for Highlands Ranch:
Monday 4:00-5:00pm (level 5/6) & 5:00-6:00pm (level 7/8)
Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm (level 5/6), 5:00pm-6:00pm (level 7/8), 6:15-7:15 (mixed levels)
Times for Aurora (Parker Rd):
Friday 5:00-6:00pm (level 5/6) & 6:00-7:00pm (level 7/8)
Saturday 9:00-10:00am (level 5/6) & 10:00 - 11:00am (level 7/8)
